We do not do random mailing. We have very strict criteria that influences who gets a letter or postcard from us. If you received a letter or postcard from us this year, it's because you are paying more per square foot than at least 70% of your neighborhood. As you can see on the property analysis that we sent you, similar properties in your neighborhood are being appraised for much less than yours. We are dedicated to righting that wrong. No matter how nice your house is, we would recommend either looking into the valuation yourself or having us take a look at it for you.
