How It Works

  1. We'll perform a detailed analysis of your property, comparing it to others in your neighborhood for both equitable appraisal and consistency with recent sales.
  2. We'll file all appropriate paperwork with the Appraisal District on your behalf.
  3. We'll meet with the Appraisal District presenting supporting documentation to negotiate a lower tax valuation for you
  4. We'll inform you of the results.

We perform all of these services at no up front cost to You. We work on a contingency -- you only pay us after we have achieved a lower tax valuation for you - and then only a portion of the savings.
