Your Appraisal District has to put a value to every property in its appraisal area. In order to do so, they use a method known as “Mass Appraisal.”
The truth is that Appraisal Districts just don’t have the personnel to comb through all of their valuations every year and check for over-appraisals so they gave that job to you.
You are given the opportunity to hire a representative to look into your valuation and present your case to the Appraisal Review Board once a year.
This is where we come in. We understand that no one wants to hire someone to look into their property valuation only to find that they were correctly appraised at the start.
That’s why Resolute has made the decision to work on commission only. We are willing to take the chance with you. If it turns out that you are over appraised, we will meet with the Appraisal District and negotiate your valuation. If your property is correctly appraised, you won’t owe us anything.
